Weekend Happenings...

That's right, Missouri... today the Missouri State Fair kicked off in Sedalia, Missouri until August 22nd! Since the inaugural Missouri State Fair in 1901, millions of people have visited the Fairgrounds during the annual State Fair.

From carnival rides, pie contests, airshows, and oddities like fried Twinkies to concerts from big-name draws like Sheryl Crow, Katharine McPhee, Darius Rucker, and Colbie Caillat... this little day trip from St. Louis is WELL worth the tank of gas!
