#10918 Midland Ridge closed escrow today!  The Sellers did a phenomenal, truly stellar job of preparing the property for sale which resulted in multiple contracts on the 1st day of showings.  A new chapter can officially begin for the wonderful W family today, and I am so very happy for them in their new adventure.
