Deal alert: My client negotiated this uber spacious Chesterfield condo, boasting a desirable Conway Road location, 70K below the Seller's 2007 purchase price! In fact, we closed yesterday only 6k more than the original 1984 builder price.
I have said it before and I will say it again- this is the market to buy! What you may lose on your selling price, you will MORE than make up on your purchase price.
