How exciting! Word just came in that for the 11th time in my 20-year career, I will be featured in the April edition of St. Louis Magazine...

... as one of the year's top St. Louis Realtors in Customer Satisfaction surveys and reviews. As the Five Star Award is given to less than 4% of the area's Realtors each year, it is a tremendous honor to be recognized.

I received amazing news today...

I was just confirmed as a ⭐️2019 Five Star Award winner⭐️, to be announced in St. Louis Magazine this Spring. My 9th time! Of approximately 17,915 St. Louis area Realtors... only 327 of us received it for superior customer service- roughly 2%. This recognition means everything to me, as I would do anything for my amazing clients.

What an terrific way to start off a brand new year! I just learned...

... that I have once-again been named a St. Louis Five Star Real Estate Agent, to be featured in the April 2018 edition of St. Louis Magazine.🌟  So exciting, exciting!  

As of this month, I have had my license for 16 years.  Through peaks, valleys, highs, and lows- both professionally and personally- this wild and wacky profession continues to excite me. Each and every day is the opportunity to learn something new and do good for my wonderful clients who have placed their trust in me.  Add in the opportunity to be submerged in the world of architecture/design/business negotiation that I adore with full creative control, and well, it is heaven.

A very humble and warm THANK YOU to my friends/family/clients who not only favorably completed the Five-Star evaluation, but also continue to support my business with regular referrals and recommendations.  My business is built upon your repeat business and the faith that you place in me when you give my name to your loved ones who are considering a move.  I do not take that lightly and am incredibly thankful to you.💛

Award Methodology:

To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy 5 objective evaluation eligibility criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Clients are defined as area residents who purchased a home over $100,000-$200,000 within a 8-36 month period depending on market size. Recent homebuyers are then asked to evaluate a real estate agent they have worked with on ten criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finds the right home, marketing of home, post sale service and overall satisfaction. 

Additionally, respondents are asked whether they would recommend the agent to a friend. This information is incorporated into a scoring algorithm client satisfaction rating. Recent homebuyers may evaluate up to two real estate agents (buy and sell side).  Clients are then provided an opportunity, through mail, phone, and through an unsolicited online form to submit an evaluation.  

Award candidates who move on in the process are asked to then submit information related to 5 objective evaluation and eligibility criteria associated with providing quality services to clients, including regulatory reviews. .Five Star Real Estate Agents for each market are listed at no cost in the leading city and regional magazine (city/metro market only) and on our website.  Five Star award winners do not pay a fee to be included in the research or the final list of award recipients.

Summer 2017: Real Estate Market Update

For the first time in more than a year, median home price dropped a surprising 3% -- that said, single family homes sold is up 4%. No doubt, our market is unique. While tight and competitive, we remain extremely affordable.

Higher home values and less days on the market in Missouri in 2016

I have personally experienced a distinct shift into Spring Market pace over the past few weeks, as my Buyers request more showings and my Sellers hurriedly prepare their properties prior to listing.

Missouri REALTORS® just released their January report that clearly shows that Missouri home values continue to appreciate with fewer days on market.

It is going to be a phenomenal year for both Buyers and Sellers in St. Louis and surrounding areas! In St. Louis, contemplating a move in 2016, and interviewing Realtors?  I would love to be considered!

Great news- I received the 2015 Five Star Award!

Wow, what a terrific week it has been!   I received notification yesterday afternoon that I have been chosen by St. Louis Magazine as a 2015 Five Star recipient.   This is my 6th time (5th year in a row) to be featured in the April edition of St. Louis Magazine as one of the year's top area Realtors in Customer Satisfaction. As the Five Star Award is given to less than 5% of the Metro's 17,000 + Realtors every year... it is a tremendous honor to be chosen as a recipient.

St. Louis Magazine polls area residents who purchased a home priced at more than $150,000 within an 18-month period.  The final list is a select group, representing less than 5% of real estate agents in the area.  The only way to be eligible for this award is for multiple clients to nominate your name accompanied with positive reviews, in addition to making minimum production standards over the last 3 years.

April Edition of St. Louis Magazine- All things local Real Estate!

The April edition of St. Louis Magazine just came out and it is a wealth of local real estate information! If you are in the market to move in 2014 or just take interest in the local real estate trends, it is a must-buy. The April edition announces the 2014 "Five Star Award- Best in Customer Service" recipients, only awarded to the top 7% of local Realtors (of which I am thrilled to be included for my 5th time)...

The edition also boasts fantastic articles including neighborhood descriptions, navigation advice for the current market, current inventory trends, residential tips, condo and investor market information, Buyer forecasts, area crime statistics, individual school district statistics, and more...

HOW ARE REALTORS SELECTED?

 

Five Star Professional partners with St. Louis Magazine to find real estate agents who satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Fewer than four percent of the 17,900 real estate agents in the St. Louis area were selected.

 
Award candidates were identified through nominations received by consumers. A survey was provided to all St. Louis area residents (more than 12,500 households surveyed) who purchased a home over $150,000 within an 8-month period (September 2011 to May 2012).

Survey recipients were asked to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have worked and evaluate them based upon ten criteria. Each award candidate was reviewed for disciplinary actions, customer complaints and regulatory actions as reported by regulatory agencies.

I have never been shy about expressing the love and appreciation I have for my clients and their families.  They, you all, are what fuels the passion that I have for my job, even 11 years into "the game". 

 

One's home is their most precious and intimate space.  I don't take the task of making sure a client finds the "perfect match", lightly.  Thank you, my friends, for returning your surveys and for all of the kind words,  recommendations, and referrals.

 

Your support is what allows me to continue to do what I love. I genuinely appreciate all of you.  Your kindness truly warms my heart.

Fantastic news...

What a wild and wacky year it has been?!  While the 2012 economy has served its fair share of challenges to those in the real estate industry- you keep plugging.  I have been diligent and worked super hard this year, so to currently be ranked #11 out of the 100+ other hardworking agents in the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters is a huge personal accomplishment.

I realize that recently I have not been quite as vocal about my current transactions, though with 3 packets currently in escrow to close in October and 3 eager Buyers... I hope to finish the year out with a bang.

Sometimes it is nice to pause mid-year to examine where you are.  10+ years in real estate, 2012 has been my most challenging as far as lending obstacles and the complexity of the deals go.  Super pleased to get this news this week...

Great news came my way this week...

My office, the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters Sales Office, released the numbers for May.   I was, once again, named one of the top 9 producing Realtors in our office.

 

It has been an absolutely wonderful Spring for me thus far with fabulous clients in addition to the St. Louis Magazine Award that published in April.

 

Over 10 years later- I still love my job.  Love, LOVE my job. 

 

Dear clients, thank you again for your trust and your generous referrals of friends and family.  You all truly allow me to continue to enjoy my passion every day.  The market is tricky, though it can still be successfully navigated. 

 

Thank you for allowing me to play such an instrumental role in your lives, friends.  I don't take your friendships or confidence lightly...

Hot off the presses

As I indicated back in January, in this month's issue of St. Louis Magazine...

...they published the names of the 2012 Five Star Award winners! 

This annual designation is awarded to less than 7% of area Realtors every year after a rigorous screening of over 27,000 area Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate professionals to determine and recognize those area agents who provide the best overall customer service.

I am incredibly pleased to announce that I am a 3rd time recipient of the award again this year...

I love my job and even after 10 years of plugging away, I still feel an intense passion for what I do.  To be recognized, particularly by the people whom I serve, is incredibly humbling.

Thank you for returning your surveys and for the kind words, all.  Your support and referrals allow me to continue to do what I love.  One's home should be at the core of where they are most happy, relaxed, and safe.  It is a true honor to be given the opportunity to play such an instrumental role in helping my clients to achieve that!

More great news!  In addition to November, I was one of the top 9 agents at the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Heaquarters Sales Office for the month of December, as well! 

What an unusual, yet wonderful the 4th quarter of 2011 was.  I am incredibly fortunate. I currently work with a fantastic group of Buyers and Sellers and hopefully look forward to continued success in 2012.
