Thankful, today and every day...

2019 has been incredibly kind to me, both personally and professionally. I do not take for granted the gift to wake up each morning to a healthy family and a job that I not only adore, but one that brings out the best in me. I am thankful each and every day, but Thanksgiving is always a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect, and express my gratitude. Thank you for your friendship and loyalty. I am incredibly fortunate and humbled by your daily kindness and support, as in my heart I know it ultimately is what allows me to do what I love the most. Have a fabulous and healthy Thanksgiving, my friends. ❤️

Closed: 7 Summersweet Lane in Ballwin

#7 Summersweet in Ballwin closed this AM.  With the closing of this estate, I also bid farewell to a personal friend.  As I expressed last week, I do not take for granted that my job is unique in that I help families during some of their most emotional transitions.  Often times as a Realtor, my personal and professional lives collide.

Team Summersweet- I would like to express a warm thank you for allowing me to handle this transaction.  As they say, the apple does not fall far from the tree.  It did not surprise me in the least that such a remarkable lady would have such a terrific group of loved ones.  I had a profound respect for M and will/do miss her friendship deeply. My sincere gratitude for trusting me to handle this transaction on behalf of her.

Gorgeous property and a wonderful transaction to finish off 2014, as it served as a reminder for me to pause and give thanks for each day with my loved ones.  Life is sweet yet short, friends.  Each day is indeed a gift.

Happy Holidays and thank you all.

Thank you, Schrimpfs!

Clients come into my life in a variety of ways.  Over the years, I have been blessed with numerous wonderful referrals.  Honestly, there is nothing more precious than having a past client, who I loved working with, trust me enough to refer one of their friends or family members to me.  I often find that the deals tend to mimic one another, as birds of a feather flock together.

My most enjoyable deals in the average year tend to be a referral from a past client or friend.  Perhaps because we enter the relationship with an established level of trust.

Last week, I headed out for the perfect evening with my friends/clients Chris and Keri, whom I met via referral (thank you Judy and Freida!).  The past 8 months of getting to know them (and navigating this uber tricky market) has been an absolute pleasure.

While there have been a few bumps in the road, I am extremely excited for Chris and Keri on their next chapter.  I am confidant that their gorgeous new Kirkwood home will be the stage for amazing life changes and memories.  To me, witnessing and playing an integral part in that process is the ultimate gift.  The ultimate professional accomplishment.

Chris and Keri spoiled me last week with a picture perfect Fall evening out and a bag full of goodies.  Thank you, THANK YOU you Schrimpfs for the generous gifts.  Most important, thank you for the friendship!  I love spending time with you both- you are the perfect couple.  I feel absolutely blessed to have you in my life.

Thank you again... #MuchGratitude =)

A quick shout-out...

... to local CDN and the City reader, Michelle, who referred her mother to me a few weeks ago. Mom's gorgeous Richmond Heights area bungalow will be listed after the New Year!

Michelle- thank you for reading, I have enjoyed getting to know you and your mother, and I TRULY appreciate you passing my name along.

Thank you! =).
