... as one of the year's top St. Louis Realtors in Customer Satisfaction surveys and reviews. As the Five Star Award is given to less than 4% of the area's Realtors each year, it is a tremendous honor to be recognized.

What an terrific way to start off a brand new year! I just learned...

... that I have once-again been named a St. Louis Five Star Real Estate Agent, to be featured in the April 2018 edition of St. Louis Magazine.🌟  So exciting, exciting!  

As of this month, I have had my license for 16 years.  Through peaks, valleys, highs, and lows- both professionally and personally- this wild and wacky profession continues to excite me. Each and every day is the opportunity to learn something new and do good for my wonderful clients who have placed their trust in me.  Add in the opportunity to be submerged in the world of architecture/design/business negotiation that I adore with full creative control, and well, it is heaven.

Award Methodology:

To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy 5 objective evaluation eligibility criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Clients are defined as area residents who purchased a home over $100,000-$200,000 within a 8-36 month period depending on market size. Recent homebuyers are then asked to evaluate a real estate agent they have worked with on ten criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finds the right home, marketing of home, post sale service and overall satisfaction. 

Additionally, respondents are asked whether they would recommend the agent to a friend. This information is incorporated into a scoring algorithm client satisfaction rating. Recent homebuyers may evaluate up to two real estate agents (buy and sell side).  Clients are then provided an opportunity, through mail, phone, and through an unsolicited online form to submit an evaluation.  

Award candidates who move on in the process are asked to then submit information related to 5 objective evaluation and eligibility criteria associated with providing quality services to clients, including regulatory reviews. .Five Star Real Estate Agents for each market are listed at no cost in the leading city and regional magazine (city/metro market only) and on our website.  Five Star award winners do not pay a fee to be included in the research or the final list of award recipients.

St. Louis Magazine's Real Estate April Edition is OUT!

Each year, I eagerly await the April edition of St. Louis Magazine as it is always an incredible wealth of valuable local real estate information.  This year, I was also named a 2015 recipient for the St. Louis Magazine Five Star Award...

This is my 6th time to receive this honor.  

Simply, there is nothing more that I prize professionally than the relationship between me and my clients.  Hence, to be among less than 5% of local  Realtors to be recognized for delivering outstanding service and client satisfaction to the St. Louis community is a dream and tremendous honor for me.  I would feel lucky to receive this honor ONCE, so to be a 6-time recipient over the last 13 years is incredible.

To my 2014 friends and clients- I extend a sincere moment of gratitude this morning for your support, continued business, and referrals.  The fact that you took the time to deliver high satisfaction ratings of my services means the world to me!  

To my current and future 2015 clients- I highly recommend you pick up the April edition of St. Louis Magazine.   From the current neighborhood crime statistics to local hidden gems.. this edition is overflowing with valuable information!

Farewell 2014!

Today we celebrated 2014 achievements at my office. A warm thank you to my 2014 Buyers and Sellers for a terrific year!  I am overflowing with gratitude to have such a wonderful group of clients and friends who continue to support my business.   Thank you, thank you for an incredible 2014!

Great news- I received the 2015 Five Star Award!

Wow, what a terrific week it has been!   I received notification yesterday afternoon that I have been chosen by St. Louis Magazine as a 2015 Five Star recipient.   This is my 6th time (5th year in a row) to be featured in the April edition of St. Louis Magazine as one of the year's top area Realtors in Customer Satisfaction. As the Five Star Award is given to less than 5% of the Metro's 17,000 + Realtors every year... it is a tremendous honor to be chosen as a recipient.

St. Louis Magazine polls area residents who purchased a home priced at more than $150,000 within an 18-month period.  The final list is a select group, representing less than 5% of real estate agents in the area.  The only way to be eligible for this award is for multiple clients to nominate your name accompanied with positive reviews, in addition to making minimum production standards over the last 3 years.

April Edition of St. Louis Magazine- All things local Real Estate!

The April edition of St. Louis Magazine just came out and it is a wealth of local real estate information! If you are in the market to move in 2014 or just take interest in the local real estate trends, it is a must-buy. The April edition announces the 2014 "Five Star Award- Best in Customer Service" recipients, only awarded to the top 7% of local Realtors (of which I am thrilled to be included for my 5th time)...

The edition also boasts fantastic articles including neighborhood descriptions, navigation advice for the current market, current inventory trends, residential tips, condo and investor market information, Buyer forecasts, area crime statistics, individual school district statistics, and more...

HOW ARE REALTORS SELECTED?

 

Five Star Professional partners with St. Louis Magazine to find real estate agents who satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Fewer than four percent of the 17,900 real estate agents in the St. Louis area were selected.

 
Award candidates were identified through nominations received by consumers. A survey was provided to all St. Louis area residents (more than 12,500 households surveyed) who purchased a home over $150,000 within an 8-month period (September 2011 to May 2012).

Survey recipients were asked to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have worked and evaluate them based upon ten criteria. Each award candidate was reviewed for disciplinary actions, customer complaints and regulatory actions as reported by regulatory agencies.

Great news!

Yesterday AM was our annual Sales Award Meeting at the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters Sales Office.  As a group we gather, reflect on the year past, & kick off the new year with enthusiasm. 

Even after 11 years as part of the Corporate Centre Team, I look forward to this event.  Coldwell Banker Gundaker President, Jim Dohr, presented the awards yesterday.  I am thrilled to announce that our office ranked in the top 3 in production.  I, within the office, ranked in the top 10! 

I am elated, particularly as our office contains some of the largest top-grossing teams company wide, including one of the largest REO (bank-owned) teams in the city, comprised of numerous Realtors.

As a single agent operation 100% hyper focused on my clients' needs and careful attention to every minute detail, including well-planned marketing and communication... this is a huge professional AND personal accomplishment for me.

2012 was extremely kind to me.  YOU ALL were extremely kind to me.  Thank you again for your business, referrals, and support.  Without you, I would not be able to continue to do what I absolutely love.  My success is attributed to you and your trust in me.  I do not take that lightly.

I have never been shy about expressing the love and appreciation I have for my clients and their families.  They, you all, are what fuels the passion that I have for my job, even 11 years into "the game". 

 

One's home is their most precious and intimate space.  I don't take the task of making sure a client finds the "perfect match", lightly.  Thank you, my friends, for returning your surveys and for all of the kind words,  recommendations, and referrals.

 

Your support is what allows me to continue to do what I love. I genuinely appreciate all of you.  Your kindness truly warms my heart.

Fantastic news...

What a wild and wacky year it has been?!  While the 2012 economy has served its fair share of challenges to those in the real estate industry- you keep plugging.  I have been diligent and worked super hard this year, so to currently be ranked #11 out of the 100+ other hardworking agents in the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Headquarters is a huge personal accomplishment.

I realize that recently I have not been quite as vocal about my current transactions, though with 3 packets currently in escrow to close in October and 3 eager Buyers... I hope to finish the year out with a bang.

Sometimes it is nice to pause mid-year to examine where you are.  10+ years in real estate, 2012 has been my most challenging as far as lending obstacles and the complexity of the deals go.  Super pleased to get this news this week...
