Under Contract: 12 Lake Park in St. Peters

I apologize for the blog neglect, friends! I have 3 new Buyers and have had an absolute blast getting to know them while popping my head into dozens of gorgeous properties over the last few weeks. Truly, my favorite part of the job as you never know what you will find behind the next door.

I enjoyed serious negotiation of 2 contracts over the weekend. One was accepted today while the other continues on with the counteroffer process.

My client, Brian, contracted this charming St. Peter's ranch home that boasts...

...  a sprawling 1/2 acre lot backing lush wooded common ground! Truly lovely.  We are scheduled to close in a few short weeks.  Congrats Brian!
