Under Contract: 16870 Babler View in Wildwood

Yippee!  My sweet Buyers, the B Family, contracted this gorgeous ranch late last night.  Personally, I adore this section of Wildwood, as being less than 5 minutes from Babler State Park, it is surrounded by incredible wildlife!  The Nenonens have spent many Quarantine hours on the isolated wooded trails of Babler recently.

Yesterday was the very first day on market for this one, and let me tell you, Babler View was ONE BUSY PLACE.  We weren't surprised when several Buyers opted to pull the trigger at the same time resulting in a multiple contract scenario. Thanks to a carefully written escalation clause, our contract beat out the competition and my amazing Buyers close escrow in June! YES.

The B family has been an absolute dream to work with.  To say that I am ecstatic for them is an understatement.  Congratulations to them and a sincere THANK YOU for their unwavering confidence, loyalty, and trust.

Despite the COVID-19 shift in HOW business is conducted, the market is still BLAZING in St. Louis!  Buyers are motivated, Sellers are getting fast and high offers, and everyone is mindful and respectful in taking extreme caution to ensure safety and social distancing.
