The CWE is the epicenter of Halloween fun in St. Louis. Period. The freaks come out at night when the gorgeous tree-lined streets are shut down for one of the largest street parties of the year. 2010 Kimmswick Apple Butter Festival
One of our annual family treks, the Apple Butter Festival is one NOT to miss!
